Solder
wire high-grade materials:
Our
stackable Grage-A core solder wire is manufactured from grade A
virgin metals and meets or exceeds IPC,ANSI/J-STD and ASTM B32
standards are patented
products available with 1.1. 2.2 & 3.3% flux core in many
alloys. They offer the improved thermal and electrical
properties needed for sophisticated circuitry - along with
processability and significant cost savings. Our wires are the most cost efficient solution for high-end
applications involving impedance control, high frequency and
burn-in boards.
Benefits
in Performance and Processability:
-
Performance:
Low and stable dielectric
constant and dissipation factors. Low moisture absorption.
High UL maximum operating temperature. High Tg. Low Z-axis
expansion. Crack resistance during thermal cycling.
-
Processability:
Dimensional stability. Tight
thickness control. Consistent results of one formulation.
Minimum
order:
$300

Premium
core wire information:
Water
Soluble Core Wire was developed to provide outstanding
wetting speed and solder joint quality. The technology used in
solder wire is unparalleled in reliability, reproducibility and
environmental awareness. The secret to this high level of
performance is the thermodynamic activity of the product, which
is primarily a physical energy release by the conduction-heat of
the soldering iron and physical disturbance of the core media.
This
product is available in 63/37 and 62/36/2, and is manufactured
from metals that meet or exceed the ANSI/IPCJ-STD-006
requirements. Standard diameters are listed below but other
diameters and alloys are available upon request.
