INTERFACER–ADHVR1-SMT. Adjustable high voltage/current sensitive relay control Board.

The INTERFACER-ADHVR1 board is designed to perform relay switching function based on two set points voltages or currents level "PICK UP" and "DROP OUT" Differential voltage set point and Trip set point

Industrial High voltage (up to +/-500V RMS) adjustable AC/DC voltage or current (via shunt resistor) sensitive relay control board. Power via 102VAC +/-10% 50HZ/60HZ/400HZ

High accuracy, low or high Voltage Sensitive Relay board is designed for any application where “Set point” operation is required in response to AC or DC analog signal (input signal range of 1mV to 500V AC or DC).

The board can programmed for “pick-up” or “drop-out” set points level. Where differential adjustment provides variable hysteresis to prevent Relay “chattering.”

In addition optional external SHUNT RESISTOR converts the board to Current sensitive Relay Board.

If used properly, it will eliminate the need for expensive boards, which would otherwise be needed to carry out the same tasks.

The INTERFACER-ADHVR1-SMT is easy to install, setup and operate. If you want to do professional relay switching via setting of voltage or current, The INTERFACER-ADHVR1-SMT offers the features you need.

As mentioned above, the board can be configured to accept input signals VAC or VDC of +/- 1mV, +/- 1V, +/- 10V, +/- 100V, +/- 300V, +/- 500V

Mounted easily via four 0.125" mounting holes.

The board is ideal when an analog signal AC or DC is required to switch two position loads i.e. circulating pumps, recalculating fans, high and low fan speeds, humidifiers, pool chlorine feeding pumps, sensor level switching functions, differential switching controls, analog signal to relay on/off, analog signal voltage or current alarms and more.

Please drop us a line at HVAC@eidusa.com and let us know where you use this unique board. Or, of course, if you have any adjustments deemed important--and one of our engineers will be happy to help you achieve them.

Test the board directly form 120V rails line:

With "POWER OFF" !

1.  Place Jumpers S1 & S2 (Input VAC)

2.  Set Both P1 (SET POINT) and P2 DIFFERENTIAL POT CCW

3.  Connect wires TB1 (terminal block 1) pin 1 & pin 11 (120VAC HOT wire)

4.  Connect wires TB1 pin 3 & pin 7 (120VAC Neutral wire)

5.  Apply 120VAC to  pins 1 & 3

6.  Both RELAY and POWER LEDS will Light and the relay will trip

7.  Adjust SET-POINT POT CW (half way turn, 50% mark) the RELAY LED will turn off

8.  Turn SET-POINT POT CCW till the RELAY LED turn on. Please be advised that a very small rotation is needed.

9.  Adjust DIFFERENTIAL POT fully CW, and then the SET POINT POT back CCW and forth CW to turn the

RELAY LED on and off Please be advised that third to half turn Should be sufficient (note: turn between

     33% to 66%    marks).

10. Turn DIFFERENTIAL POT Slightly CCW you should notice that the angle set by the SET POINT POT between

RELAY LED on an off will reduce (note: turn between 40% to 60%)

Basic external optional SHUNT RESISTOR connection:

Choose the right SHUNT RESISTOR for your application. Connect it between In-COM and the right input voltage. Make sure that the SHUNT RESISTOR rated power is twice of the max measure current time the measure voltage Reminder Power = Current * Voltage. Additionally set jumpers S1, S2 and S3 as needed.
